1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
✔ For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us through eBay messages with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method (if required).

3. Refund Process

✔ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
✔ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
✔ Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

✔ If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
✔ If the return is due to buyer’s preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
